How it works

You make a reservation for service (please allow at least 24 hours prior to pickup time).

A company representative will be contacted in one or more of the following ways (phone, email, fax, text message) at least 2 hours in advance of your pickup time. The driver will arrive 15 minutes prior to departure. You’ll sign off on the services agreement and you’re ready to go! Our chauffeur then assumes the driving responsibilities of the customer vehicle and you’re off.

One stop special:

For certain events when the customer will be at one location all night (concerts, sporting events etc.) we offer the one stop special. This service involves our chauffeur taking over the driving responsibilities of the customer vehicle, picking up any other occupants at their home and driving the customers to their destination. The driver will then valet the vehicle and return to pick up the customers at a pre-determined time or with in 30 minute of their request. The chauffeur then safely returns each passenger home. This is a $130.00 flat fee. If customers choose to have the chauffeur take them to another destination then they agree to pay an hourly rate from the time of the original pick up. Destination must be within 40 miles of the downtown Kansas City. This special is limited to a 7 hour window from pick up to return home.

Hourly service:

The driver will take the wheel and you’re off to either pick up the other riders or to the destination of your choice. The chauffeur is at your complete disposal and will accommodate you and your guest in any way possible. The chauffeur will drop you and your guest off at the front door of your destination and remain with your vehicle the entire evening.

After services have concluded the chauffeur will calculate the number of hours to be billed and the rate of said hours. Customer shall review rate and total cost of services provided and should there be no conflict sign to have credit card charged for services rendered.

There are no refunds for services and all sales are final.
